We will exchange or refund only if all of the following items are met We do not accept returns due to customer's circumstances.

(2) The product has not been opened, unpacked, or used.
(3) The product is not made to order.
(4) The product is not damaged or scratched (except for the case where the damage is our fault)
(5) the customer must contact the Company by e-mail within 8 days of receipt.
