International Shipping

WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS.

If there is no distributor near you, we may be able to deliver. Please contact us.

 

Shipping charges
The shipping fee is a flat rate of 660 yen (tax included) for the entire country in Japan.

Shipping is free for orders of 6,000 yen or more.


Packing
We reuse packing materials. We will ship in the cleanest possible condition, but in some cases, the box may be dirty.

If you would like a clean box for a gift, please let us know in the remarks column when you place your order.


Shipping company
The shipping method is specified by us and cannot be selected by the customer in principle.


Period of time required for arrival
Basically, the order will arrive within 1 to 2 days after the delivery is completed (3 to 4 days in case of remote islands). (In case of remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days.)

  • Next-day delivery is not available - Hokkaido, all of Kyushu, Okinawa
  • Delivery before 2 PM the next day is not available - Aomori, Akita


This is not the case in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.


Damage in transit
Although we take great care to prevent scratches and dents on the outer box when preparing for shipment, there is a possibility that the product may be damaged during transportation after delivery to the shipping company due to some trouble or the shipping company's responsibility.
We ask for your understanding that scratches, dents, etc. on the outer box may not interfere with the use of the product.

If there is a problem with the use of the product due to damage, please contact us first for a quick response.


International Shipping
We cannot ship outside of Japan. Please note that we are unable to submit export-related documents.

Please double-check your address and arrival time before placing your order.

Please be sure to enter the name of the building or hotel where delivery is to be made. Also, be sure to check that the address is correct.

Please enter your address accurately. Even a single character error may prevent correct delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from this. Please note that additional shipping charges incurred due to redelivery or similar circumstances may be billed to the customer.
