It's summer! It's the pool! It's protein!
So, the season for delicious protein has arrived.
Today, instead of gulping down ice-cold protein shakes, we'll show you a protein shake made with frozen bananas.
The ingredients are one frozen banana, milk, protein powder, and a blender.
- Chop up the frozen banana and put it in the blender
- Add about 150ml of milk
- Add 30g of protein (3 level scoops)
- Add about 50ml of milk
- Shake gently to mix in the protein (this is important!)
- Finish by mixing in a mixer.
- Almond milk is a great alternative to milk as it is delicious and contains dietary fiber!
- I think it would be nice to have crushed ice if you have it!
- It's best to use the blender lightly so that some of the banana chunks remain.
