How to make a protein shake.

It's summer! It's the pool! It's protein!

So, the season for delicious protein has arrived.

Today, instead of gulping down ice-cold protein shakes, we'll show you a protein shake made with frozen bananas.

The ingredients are one frozen banana, milk, protein powder, and a blender.

  1. Chop up the frozen banana and put it in the blender
  2. Add about 150ml of milk
  3. Add 30g of protein (3 level scoops)
  4. Add about 50ml of milk
  5. Shake gently to mix in the protein (this is important!)
  6. Finish by mixing in a mixer.

  • Almond milk is a great alternative to milk as it is delicious and contains dietary fiber!
  • I think it would be nice to have crushed ice if you have it!
  • It's best to use the blender lightly so that some of the banana chunks remain.
